Based in the Chicago suburbs, Drew Soule is an impact-driven HR business partner and organizational design consultant dedicated to building resilient teams and better workplaces. With a background spanning government, aerospace, technology, healthcare, and fintech, he has led initiatives in IPO readiness, talent strategy, and leadership development. His early career began at the Department of Human Services and Northrop Grumman, where he supported engineering teams and worked on projects with NASA. Later, Drew served as an advisor to executives in Big Tech before moving into consulting roles where he helps companies navigate rapid growth and workforce challenges. Holding bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Illinois, Drew is also a longtime advocate for the disability community. As a youth ambassador for the Muscular Dystrophy Association, and now a professional inclusion advocate, he continues to amplify accessibility and equity in every space he works.
